Opening Times

During ALL school holidays, the Parlour will be open EVERYDAY from 1pm to 8pm

Term Time Opening Hours

  • Monday 3.30pm - 8pm

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Closed

  • Friday 3.30pm - 8pm

  • Saturday and Sunday 1pm - 8pm

We accept both Cash or Card payments in the Gelato Parlour.

All of our Gelato is made here on our Farm in Hoylandswaine using the Whole Milk that we produce from our own cows.

The cream we use is produced by Longley Farm, who we sell our milk to - quite the full circle product!

We aim to source as many of our ingredients from the UK as possible, for example, we always use British Sugar.

If you visit during the week, you may see our wonderful Chef Claudio in the Production Room (Just next the to Gelato Parlour) busy making.

The Gelato Parlour is in our Old Grain Silo, which we converted in early 2026.

Downstairs, you can find our wonderful staff serving Homemade Gelato, waffles, cookie dough, coffees, our chocolate tap and plenty of other goodies…

Upstairs, there is a very small seating area, with windows over looking our Working Farm Yard*, and outside a sun terrace with seating. If you come on the right day, you may see Farmer John filling the maize pit or bringing in the silage.

*We are a Working Dairy Farm, and although we have viewing areas where you can watch the Farmers and tractors, or see the cows, you cannot walk around the site freely.
