Milk

Our milk is produced on our farm in Hoylandswaine by our mixed herd of Holstein and Jersey cows. Our cows are milked using state of the art milking robots - this means each cow can choose when and how often she would like to be milked, as we believe happy, relaxed cows produce the tastiest milk.

Our milk is then pasteurised in our micro dairy, but not homogenised. This means that the cream will rise to the top.
